"I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "

"Very nice property, with beautiful views of the city. Very close to major transportation hub, many local eateries to choose from. Room was beautiful with stong wifi and hot water. Area is not the most touristy but as i mentioned major transportation is 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend to otheres."

"Seoul Garden has become my go-to hotel in Seoul, with easy access to several Incheon Airport limousine buse routes as well as the subway line to Gimpo Airport and/or the city centre. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood to provide food and other essentials. I had a very enjoyable stay."

He not only understood our needs but also gave some useful advice on how to manage check in and check out. He is one the best check in staff we have ever deal with. 5 star on him! But the other staff, especially a girl at the front desk needs to be trained. She had an attitude when speaking to us and it felt like being rebuked every time we asked for her assistance.
