"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"The boss is too good! This place has everything you need. It's comfortable, the communal area is not too cramped, and I could enjoy meeting the other nice guests during our new years seollal party. The location is good if you want to live quietly at home. "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated.
