Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. Do note that there are 2 Koko Hotel Residences in the area and initially we went to the wrong one at Asakusa Tawaramachi!"

"This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus...
