"Clean room, was as expected that it was a bit compact but efficient with living space, you’d place your luggage underneath the bed. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel, just basically slept and showered, we were on the go everyday. Although doing laundry was horrid, no washer or dryer open, you’d have to either wake up earlier in the morning or wear the same dirty clothes. "

"The Oriental Tokyo Bay checked all the boxes! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There was an incredible room on the second floor for additional amenities like skin wash, lotions and other hygiene items. The Welcome Social was fantastic, offering a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice treat after a long day sightseeing. Speaking of sightseeing, the hotel has a walkway over the street to the Shin Urayasu station as well as the Aeon mall. Talk about a convenient location! I really cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a great family vacation!"

"My wife and I loved our stay at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi in Tokyo! First of all the service was exceptional. The answer is yes, now what’s the question sort of vibe. The staff take pride in everything they do. The hotel is also so convenient being within the Tokyo station complex. You can get anywhere in Tokyo using the subway or the Yamanote above ground trains to all the tourist areas…just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The station also has all kinds of stores and restaurants for your convenience…again just a few minutes walk away. The hotel in a 5-7 minute walk from the Imperial Palace. We stayed in room 3422…a superior Queen room with a terrific view of the city and railway station. Don’t worry about any noise from the trains. Our room was compact but workable for two people and three suitcases. The room has a great shower, all kinds of free bathroom amenities, a humidifier, small refrigerator, in-room safe and of course the fabulous Japanese toilet lol. The hotel also offers a great buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant for about U.S$20 a person. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we are in Tokyo!"
