"Housekeeping can be better. We stay for 8 nights everyday refill so much amenities not very eco friendly thou. Only change linen but not much abt cleaning was down. Overall nice place to stay."

"The property was nice. There are multiple elevators to get to your room from the street. During certain times there is a line to use these elevators. The large Godzilla was off limits. The breakfast was a little speedy for the area. There is no place to just relax and drink a cup of coffee or eat something you don’t buy at the hotel. "

"A beautiful hotel located in the heart of the Shinjuku area, surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and easy access to the train station. Room rate and food/drink were quite expensive."
