"Very nice and convenient location. Walking distance to the Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, and many interesting shopping streets. Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. Do note that there are 2 Koko Hotel Residences in the area and initially we went to the wrong one at Asakusa Tawaramachi!"

"Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

"We had a wonderful stay. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and very convenient to train stations and shopping. There are many restaurants nearby within 5 mins walking distance and we also cooked breakfast many mornings for the kids.
