"This hotel has nailed it on the head really, close to Legoland and perfect for families, well done! Fast check in, ample parking, great breakfast, nice big swimming pool and lovely grounds. The rooms were big enough for a family, nice and clean. Would defo stay here again even for a stayover for the airport."

"The foreign receptionist went above and beyond to help with our luggage, as my wife has mobility issues and it was too much for him and he was not feeling well. We stayed in our bedroom because my husband became quite ill ie gastric flu. We made the best of a not so pleasant time on our 34th wedding anniversary. Room service was wonderful."

"I had an issue with just one thing - I was on a business trip and had mistakenly left my iPhone charger plug behind. There was no solution at the hotel to help me charge the phone. In this day and age I'd expect most hotels to hv extra cables/ plugs built in chargers in the rooms. "

"The staff was very welcoming. We arrived a bit early and they gave the kids a puzzle activity and candy as a “prize”. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The building has some older charm and is well maintained. This is truly a good value based on an excellent combination of hospitality, location and facilities. "
