"It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"Booked this property for my family vacation of 12 people for 8 nights in September 2024. The check-in process was easy - I received the details a few days before check-in and getting into the property was fine. The area of house is located in is decent and in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The main issue we encountered was the overall cleanliness of the property. The pictures on the listing are dated and the bedding was not as clean as expected. At first, we were just going to...

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Perfectly clean and well-appointed home near the Oracle. Easy walking to all parts of Reading including the train station. The home is bright and extremely comfortable. Tessa and Charles are perfect hosts - very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!"

"The property has beautiful aesthetics however there were some issues with the rental. Firstly, the carpets had dirty black stains and were not clean. Secondly, the seat covers on the dining room chairs were stained. Thirdly the second bathroom didn't have enough hot water. Overall this was not a good value for the money!"
