"I would have provided full stars if the cleanliness didn’t let it down. On arrival, I went to run my child a bath and there was a pubic hair in the tub, so I checked the shower and a blatant pubic hair left on the cubicle floor, and finally there was what looked like a boot print on the base sheet on the bed. The staff were very quick to send someone to change the sheet. The customer service was second to none, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. It is a shame that those incidences...

"Had a good stay only problem we had was on the first night the lifts weren’t working and as I’m 75 and my niece had a bad back we had to walk up to the 4th floor. Next day only one of the lifts was working."
