"Very nice hotel! Parking is a bit pricey, but it is a prime location downtown. Rooms are dated but clean. One odd thing was the plugs all had old phone jacks instead of the usually USB plugs, so they definitely need updated. We also visited the restaurant inside. It is very nice and has wonderful food, but it's a bit confusing. There is no signage telling you where to check in or if you seat yourself, start was very nice and helpful though."

"This was a two fold stay. Our granddaughter was flying in from California. We were there to pick her up and a mini get away. I used to visit the arcade as a teenager. Although it isn’t what it used to be with shopping it is beautiful. You have to appreciate the architecture of the 1890s. It was a more leisurely time period We will go back . Reasonable price also"

"Everything was marvelous, only thing we were upset about, the Kitchen was closed when we returned from the game. It was 9:05pm, and the hostess said they were having problems, some we had to go cross the street to eat. "
