The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. "This is the best hotel we have stayed in for some time. We were visiting Chester for the races so wanted somewhere near. We were not disappointed as it was less than 10 minutes walk to the race course gates, in fact our room overlooked a small part of the racecourse. We were able to check in slightly early and our room was great. Very light, spacious and clean. The bed was massive. It was super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. "Pros: You could see that most if the staff were Hilton Trained and went the extra mile. Cons: The air con in the room was noisey. When we arrived for our £40 breakfast, there were no tables available in the dining area. We were offered alternative seating in the Bar area. In my opinion, if Hilton are charging £20 each for an average Hotel buffet breakfast offering, they need to ehance the offer with the associated services. Had we known in advance that, Hilton would struggle to accommodate us...
