The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. I didn't eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of food from the buffet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in a good...

"3pm check in and 12 noon check out are great 👍 However, room was very dark with barely any natural light. Had ordered twin beds but we got a double. Called front desk who said they were fully booked and couldn't offer anything other than single duvets. Not ideal as were friends sharing, not a couple. One sidetable was really dusty, cleaners must have missed this many times! Also had a room that could adjoin the one next door so not soundproof at all. No robes or slippers provided in the room...

"Had a decent 2 night stay here, a couple of small issues like having to chase staff for an extra pillow as there weren’t any in the room like there has been on previous occasions I’ve stayed here and having to ask them to refill the shower gel as it was empty. Otherwise room was very comfortable and warm. I did find it a bit annoying that they now charge for parking and you have no discount on the charge if you’re staying in the hotel, personally think you should have a slight reduction."
