"This is the first time staying at a CitizenM and not the last. It is ideal for a single traveller, maybe for a couple of only for a few days. Apart from that the room is very well designed, in-room products are great and the bed is extremely comfortable. I also really liked NoMa, definitely a safe neighbourhood, in my opinion. It’s also super close to the metro which was very helpful! Definitely consider this hotel."

"Everything was satisfactory except for the wait to check in. Was told my room wasn't ready due to check in time and I was early, but then watched mutiple guest come abd fet checked right in... put a damper on things"

"It was very nice. The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. we were there sightseeing and could walk to many things. We were able to eat dinner out within walking distance and had so many options. I am looking forward to my next trip. We did a lot of walking and used uber, but could easily have caught a bus or got on the train. maybe next trip. "
