"Very friendly service! Great location. Nice that they have a happy hour for guests. The restaurant is delicious! Rooms are a little worn, the towel quality is terrible, and the heating system blasts heat then shuts off so it’s very inconsistent in terms of temperature. "

"It's fine. A little dated, but acceptable. The curtains couldn't be completely closed, leaving light shining in from the house next door, which really interrupted my sleep. Location is great for walking. "

Very nice hotel in a good location

"I wanted a hotel with a pool, and with breakfast included. The pool was a good size and temperature, and the hot tub was soothing after a long day of walking. Embassy Suites serves the best hotel breakfasts I have had, with made to order omelets, and a good selection of other items. The coffee is very good. The dining area is in a big, open atrium, which was a little chilly. The location was excellent in that I could get to a Metro Station and a Whole Foods via the underground parking garage. There are restaurants nearby, too. I left my car in the garage for four nights, which cost me $100. I took the Metro in to DC to do my sightseeing. "
