"My gf and dog and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding trip. What a beautiful place to stay, lovely back yard and neighborhood! The place was very clean and just as the pictures showed . Unfortunately our rental car was dead on the morning we were due to checkout, but our host was so understanding and let us wait comfortably for the tow truck. 10/10 would reccomend"

"This has been a great experience for is. We werre able to check in early. Tom actually went out of his way to pick up tickets that we trying to figure out how we would ge but we wouldnt be in town in time to grab in person! How great is that! The neighborhood is safe and we used metro for most of our travels or we walked. Easy in/out. Lots of information for lical restaurants that he recommends. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families."

The place looked exactly like the pictures on line which is always a plus, however there wasn't a little "Welcome Packet" with instructions on how to operate the TV, the washer & dryer, or the thermostat.
