"All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. "Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle.
