"hotel outdoors and employees were great, absolutely top service and friendliness, breakfast excellent, restaurants were at most mediocre , we tried all three available , food quality needs to be improved, menu choices too, all dishes are overloaded with ingredients to look fancy but one cannot taste the food anymore as it is a big mix of everything covering up the taste of the main food. The very friendly waiters and the excellent wines made up for the disappointing foods"

"Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. The restaurants were all very nice The food was pretty good (buffet was top notch...

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "
