We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for 3 weeks - working & holiday. Room was really good (had a duplex 1 bedroom apartment) had all we needed and a fantastic view out to sea. Reception staff very helpful. Pool staff great (went to pool 3) little bar at pool 3 was really good. Our lady who cleaned our room was fantastic - a very lovely stay

Lovely hotel, quite dated now, needs a little tlc. Amazing views from hotels. Crazy hills but already knew that breakfast was ok, could have done with being warmer. Few activities around the pool. Very very quiet in the evenings.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location and views are truly beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. Being near the center of Los Cristianos meant there was always something to do. I also appreciated the peaceful evenings, which allowed me to relax and unwind. I can't recommend this hotel enough; I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay soon!

the hotel is at the back of the resort and on a hill, it is easily recognised by its roofline and thus you can find it to walk back too. the apartment, was spacious, in good condition, clean and well decorated and provisioned. swimming pools were clean and had life guards all day, but unheated. Breakfast offered a great range of items covering all tastes. overall a wonderful place to stay, and I would fully recommend, so long as you are mobile. although there are some lifts, there are lots of steps and steep ramps, and it is located at the top end of town, though a shuttle bus runs up and down to the beach almost hourly.

It was good value and generally happy given what we paid but it is definitely in need of refurbishment and not a 4 star standard. The spiral staircase to the bedroom was a bit precarious given the proximity to the bathroom, we were very careful not to have wet feet. The bathrooms in particular, whilst in working order, were not in a good state of repair. The staff were lovely and it was clean and and tidy around the grounds. Not suitable if you're not good with walking hills.

Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and SPA. As an owner we are always treated very well and have our requests met. Jon on reception (the original crew) is always helpful and welcoming. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here - this is our second visit and we were in 2 rooms. This time our rooms were much smaller and basic though and we weren't aware we had booked differently. We used pool 3, and love lifeguard Victor who appears to love his job, very friendly and helpful beyond what he needs to be (whilst we were in the pool he moved our water bottles out the sun and into the shade for example). He made sure everyone had loungers where they wanted. A real asset to this hotel! The location is a bit far out but that's why its better value. We used taxis to get to main areas and walked the seafront. Chose no breakfast this time as previously found the restaurant good but crowded. The shop did warm pastries which we had on the balconies instead. We have and would stay here again.

Considering we had to move on the second day because of being infested with cockroaches (even in the bed). The balcony door wouldnt lock and the safe didnt work so had to take all our valuables around with us!! I will be officially complaining and requesting a refund
