We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was so clean with lots of facilities. The apartment was really spacious with an open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Again all very clean and welcoming. The food in the hotel was really nice and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend a stay for either a couple or family.

Booked a 2 bed apartment which was clean and very spacious. Pools and social areas all very clean and well presented. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. Food tasted great but even when going in when it just opened it was mainly cold. From reading previous reviews we found the microwave which rescued the food, although this really shouldn't be necessary. Having said that, would recommend the hotel as a whole.

We stayed at Hollywood Mirage for 3 weeks - working & holiday. Room was really good (had a duplex 1 bedroom apartment) had all we needed and a fantastic view out to sea. Reception staff very helpful. Pool staff great (went to pool 3) little bar at pool 3 was really good. Our lady who cleaned our room was fantastic - a very lovely stay

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The overall property really needs some TLC, this is something that needs to be rectified by ownership, owners need to reinvest $$ back into the property. The rooms really needs to be updated with paint, plaster, tiling, new beds, new sofas, etc.

Room and bathroom need refreshment. You can hear every sound from other rooms. Very noisy in the evening. Sauna additionally payed.
