"Our first time here since COVID, it was as nice as it had been previously. There had been some nice improvements in the decor and drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill."

Entertainment was top-tier, with live music, DJ performances, and themed events creating an electric energy throughout the resort.Our modern, beautifully designed room had everything we needed – stylish décor, top-quality amenities, and an incredible view. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, which was a slight disappointment. "Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "
