"The staff were very nice, check-in was easy and the room was clean. Good hotel location. The smart TV was not working properly to allow me to cast my own shows even though it kept advertising that it could, and movies could not be ordered. Also the nuts I decided to buy were remarkably stale. I mentioned the TV and nuts to the front desk on check-out but they didn't really say much about either."

"Location is great, hotel design is beautiful, most staff members are super kind. Rooms are very very small with very little space apart from bed, there is no closet and travelling as a couple with two carry ons and all the winter coats, scarves, etc was a bit crowded. "

"Reason for good in some instances: They are under Reno’s Re: there dining room area so food is limited in this area. Overall the hotel is great, clean, close to the airport, shuttle service also available. Would I stay there/here again most definitely. Thank you."

"We love this hotel! We had a minor issue with the heat but they quickly moved us to another room. We did order room service (1st time ever) and unfortunately the only thing that was hot was the soup. The other 3 dishes were cold (before the room switch). This is an easy fix....we just wont order it again. But we will definitely stay there again!"
