They had a burst hot water pipe on our first morning, although I appreciate nothing could be done whilst repairs going on we received no notification or updates about this"

"I would have given five stars but the heating in the room was broken and some of the furniture in the room is-was a little shabby in places where you really notice it. Executive lounge is very useful nicely supplied and thoughtfully located. Great view of the city. "

"Very nice hotel with great rooms and great food, 1 let down was the fact I had to pay £7 to use the gym and leisure club even though I was a guest at the hotel and had already paid around £100 for a room. "

"Hotel was fine. My only gripe was that I couldn’t get WI-FI to work and as I was staying there for work, this did inconvenience me as I couldn’t get on line to access email etc on my laptop"

"Staff, including cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. I asked for quiet room and that is what I was given , so that despite it being a Friday night and a very busy one I had good night’s sleep in very comfortable bed. Hotel very well situated for Glasshouse concert Hall, easy walk and also easy to get bus into town if needed. As an older woman alone all that was very important and I will certainly stay again."
