"I did enjoy the breakfast and happy hour each day. However, there were always spills on the floor that never seem to get cleaned up. Housekeeping was not that great either. "

"Loved it!! only thing I feel should be better is parking, your paying 30 dollars for just one day, your car might get towed if you park on the street. They just need a parking garage or parking in general. Other than that 10/10. "

"First time staying at a CitizenM. There is so much attention to detail in this hotel from decor to client experience, eco consciousness, so much about it is beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Pool is a good size however the pool bar wasn’t open Saturday at 3pm for some reason. The room (king size bed) was perfect for just me but would definitely feel cramped for two. Their soaps smell amazing, good bar/cafe on the 2nd floor. My only complaint is that there is not a gym which I thought there was. They did suggest a nearby gym that does day passes. It’s in a great location on Lincoln rd near all of the shopping, walkable to the beach etc. I would definitely stay again or look for their hotels in other cities. "
