This seems like an old property. The hallways are very dark and almost makes you feel unsafe and like it was dirty, but once you get into the room it’s bright, clean, and much better. The staff was friendly, but the front desk lady didn’t seem happy to be there. I liked how restaurants and stores were within walking distance, but there are some questionable people that hangout in the surrounding areas of the property.

Best hotel/location we have stayed in so far for a night before a cruise. Bar prices are outrageous, but I guess that is what you get with it being Miami. Our room was available early and they were able to check us in which we appreciated after flying all morning. Publix was right across the street for us to walk to and grab last min things needed for the cruise which was nice.

Hotel was fine but service was horrible. We got the hotel after getting off a cruise and had a flight the next day. Check in wasn’t very pleasant . Next morning 8am we hear banging sounds coming from stairwell right beside our room. Construction at 8am so loud! We were hoping to sleep until checkout and unfortunately we couldn’t with all the noise.
