"Great hotel, beautiful room."

"I would have provided full stars if the cleanliness didn’t let it down. On arrival, I went to run my child a bath and there was a pubic hair in the tub, so I checked the shower and a blatant pubic hair left on the cubicle floor, and finally there was what looked like a boot print on the base sheet on the bed. The staff were very quick to send someone to change the sheet. The customer service was second to none, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. It is a shame that those incidences...

"Decent hotel, very clean. Lovely staff. Short walk to main mewcastle. Only issue was room key not working when my bf tried to get into room snd i was asleep when he went down to get a replacement he was met by a rude person on the desk. Rest off the staff were dead canny. "

"Pretty good overall. Breakfast especially good and room comfortable. Main downside was the bathroom which looked old and tatty especially the silicone sealant. Toilet constantly running. Sink tap constantly leaking from handle and occasionally making a loud vibrating noise which could also be heard coming from other rooms. Shower good though. But liquid soap and shampoo poor quality and nozzles don't screw properly into bottles and don't pump properly. No sound proofing against corridor noise...
