"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fittings and decor are a bit dated but the bed was really comfortable and the linen and towels were lovely. I would suggest getting a room nearer the back of the hotel, we were on the front and it was rather noisy from the pub next door. Although the parking may seem a little complicated it's good value for being in the town and we extended the next morning at a better rate than if we had moved it. "Comfort room was comfortable although not really warm enough when we arrived - we turned the radiator up and eventually it did warm the room reasonably well. To be fair it was a very cold day with snow on the ground. "

"Very comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent, pleasant and efficient. Accommodation is separate to the hotel so the room was nice and quiet. Meal at the pub was delicious and breakfast in the morning was really generous and cooked beautifully. Would definitely recommend."
