"This is our go to hotel in Lisbon. Despite the renovations we had a good visit. Our room was wonderful and the change in where the breakfast takes place is a great idea. I know it's out of the hotels control but the area around the hotel is unsafe. Too many street people hanging about."

"The hotel room provide self serve coffee maker, and sugar; however, no coffee creamers provided. Every time I want to make a cup of coffee, I have to call service desk for coffee creamers. Sometimes, they were too busy to deliver."

"The location was close to the metro, there were several lovely coffee shops/restaurants. The hotel itself was good, for those who like their privacy, the bathroom door is frosted and can't be completely locked/closed so was not to my ideal standard. Also there is no iron available in the room, which you have to request. Overall the room was very clean, and is big. Staff were nice. "
