"Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

A new apartment, a great location right in the heart of all the sites of Lisbon but most importantly the best staff we encountered in all of Portugal. Even before we arrived Joanna was in communication to make our check in as easy as possible. From there all our expectations were exceeded from the warmest of welcomes, suggestions for tourist sites, restaurants, day trip to Cascais , coordinating the FREE walking tour...

"Our one bedroom flat with a terrace was well appointed, super clean, uniquely decorated and perfect for our family of three. Friendly and warm front desk made us feel welcome, and the breakfasts delivered to our room each morning were icing on the cake. Windows were very soundproofed against the city noise outside. "The Lift Apartments exceeded our expectations. The place was lovely. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath which was perfect for 4 adults. We loved the amenities in the apartment such as the kitchen and laundry machine. We had a fabulous balcony. I would absolutely stay here again. "
