"Stayed here for 2 weeks. Charming place with friendly staff. Lovely buffet style breakfast every day, including food they’ve grown themselves. Local area is quite hilly. Also, a private area so regular cars and some taxis can’t take you right to the hotel. Lots or nice restaurants and bars in the local area, just be prepared for the walk back at night. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was lovely - such a great part of town with a park on either side. It's a short walk away from several different restaurants as well as a laundromat. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items especially pastries but our favorite was the bacon! "We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice individual touch at the end of our visit with a hand-written letter thanking us for our stay. The breakfast was good and kept well topped up. The linens in the room were nice and clean but some of them were a little tired with some frayed edges on the towels."

"Clean, fresh, modern room with all of the basics in an amazing location. Bed and linens were all comfy and new.Tram and park with an amazing view right across the street. Stores, laundromat and restaurants close by. Access was easy. Nothing fancy and location is self hosted. Just a nice clean comfortable affordable room in a gorgeous neighborhood. Highly recommend if you want something simple and affordable in an amazing neighborhood."

"My disappointment is not for the hostel itself. The Bridge is a very neat hostel, with a good bedroom, good breakfast, and good location. My disappointment is for those 4 women who stayed this hostel on March 31. This hostel is no smoking, not they just smoked, drank, and talked loudly at the 1F balcony until 2 am. Shame on these 4 women!"

"This place was awful. NO AIR CONDITIONING which is not mentioned anywhere on Expedia. Apparently, Expedia has that info but not listed anywhere. Would not have booked this place if I had known there was no air conditioning. No fans either and on top of that window was broken and couldn't be opened. Temp was close to 80 when I got there. Expedia was of no help finding me another room. Left within an hour of arriving. Temp next day was 102 degrees. Unacceptable at any price."

"I stayed at number 20, apartment 24. The property is very clean and well furnished, a room with a very good double bed and a kitchen with a living room with a sofa that should be changed. The big problem is that vis a vis there are 2 bars that play very loud music in the evening until 4 in the morning, you can hear it in the bedroom even though it is on the opposite side of the street. I do not recommend this property for those who have difficulty falling asleep or are light sleepers :)"
