"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was a very good size, bathroom was very nice, we had a little fridge and an easy to use safe for our valuables. A kettle with coffee and tea provided, water also for the fridge. If you choose to have breakfast i recommend you try at least once, cooked and continental options available. Would definitely return! "

"The hotel is centrally located by the main Rossio train station. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel and they have happy hour drinks at 3pm. There's lots of dining options nearby and all the main attractions can be accessed by foot or transit. I enjoyed the free bottle of red wine for being VIP member with Expedia. The rooms start from very basic no frills quality up to more renovated and updated suites. We just use the hotel to sleep and we did not use the pool or the Oasis bar because...

"The location was amazing! There may not be a better location in all of Lisbon. The hotel was incredibly clean, the front desk staff was amazing, and the treats they offered in the lobby were fantastic. Really a great place to stay!!"

"We were unaware that this hotel was right next to a homeless shelter. There were multiple homeless people in the streets, begging for money, panhandling, throwing garbage in the park by the church. Also ambulance sirens could be heard multiple times throughout the day and night, possibly every hour if not more."

"Me and my partner recently visited Lisbon and had the pleasure of staying at 8 downtown suites, the staff couldn’t do any more for us as they were all so friendly, informative and just all round great! The only thing I would say is that the room could do with a freshen up. "

"Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "
