"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. So much so I brought extra tea bags extra milk and some biscuits of my own. To date I have not spoken with any of the chamber women who speak English so they do not know what I'm asking them to...
