"Really loved my room even if it was a bit of a trek up stairs to get to it. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Great coffee bags and tea in room. Nice shampoos and soap. Breakfast very enjoyable. "

"The hotel is well located, with incredible views from our room. The food was good, and the room was clean and well maintained albeit v dated. Disappointed that it wasn’t the greatest dog friendly hotel ever. Dogs not allowed at breakfast, and nothing specific provided (like a bed or bowls etc.) That said, I would stay again for th3 location in Malvern, which is such a beautiful place "

"Met some friends in Cheltenham, decided for an improv stay over as it was going to be a late one. Booked online and 10 minutes got the key for the room. This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! The rooms are always well maintained and nicely decorated."
