"Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it. "

"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"Love that this hotel has a laundry room. They charge a fee to the washer and dryer but it's still reasonable compared to the typical laundry fee per item. Location is close to the main station as well as the gornergret station making it pretty convenient. They are several shops as well as a supermarket nearby too. "This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."
