"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."

"This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. She only spoke Italian and was very confused. She couldn’t find our booking for a while and claimed we hadn’t paid but eventually called...

"My mom and I traveled across Europe for almost a month, and this was by far our favorite accommodation. "I had a studio (north) room. It is spacious and bathroom is modern. The room has a balcony with mountain view. Full kitchen. Not far from train station but in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool is also a plus. Like the place very much."
