"The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. "The room was very adequate. The breakfast buffet is affordable and really good. I liked the flare of the hotel, it has a unique venetian vibe. Transport by vaporetto is 5mn away. I found the first floor a little noisy in the morning though. Overall, this exceeded my expectations. "
