"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"The location of the Art Resort Galleria is excellent, right on Via Toledo - a busy shopping area with plenty of sides streets with dining options. We felt very safe, there was always police presence around the area and it is very walkable. It is also right by the port, so access to the ferry over to Sorrento is very convenient. "Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly."

"There is a grocery store right across the street and a pizzeria "attached" to the hotel. We had to go to a pharmacy and it was only 8 minutes away, a quick walk. The continental breakfast was good, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries provided. There were also cold cuts that we didn't try but others were eating. "The thermal pool was quite unique and pleasant! The hotel could use an update. The morning breakfast was not very good, overcooked eggs, juice was bitter or had no taste. Pool bar was nice"
