"Hotel is small but our room was spacious with a huge bed, the bathroom needs upgraded, the veneer wood round the basin was chipped and peeling off, the trim around the shower looked mouldy although it was clean it looked scruffy and unappealing. I found the dark bathroom very depressing but maybe that’s me. The hotel is in a good location with nice restaurants and shops right outside, the metro and funicular are also close by. "Nice hitel with spacous room but not sure about the area. We arrived after dark and it seemed sketchy. Underground free parking and free breakfast are big plusses. Clean. Great internet. Not much food close by. The hotel still uses physical room keys, just fyi"

"The property was clean and modern with a touch of old (has a rock wall in the middle), the staff was friendly and helpful and there was a metro station 2 minutes away. The hotel is in a busy neighborhood with lots of traffic but the noise does not affect the hotel."

"Room had been recently renovated. The room amenities were sorely lacking, not a cup, glass or tissue to be found. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. Maintenance came but was told that due to renovations, nothing could be done. The breakfast was great. "

"The hotel was in a great location between ischia porta and ischia ponte. Close to so many bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff we so lovely and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel is as it appears in photos - old fashioned in style throughout. The pool area was not the cleanest but fine. If you are ok with this then i would highly recommend and definitely value for money. Room was clean, beds comfortable, family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens."

"The property is nicely located,beautiful, clean and good staff in the hotel are very helpful. the problem is luck of transportation, to get a bus you have to wait between 45min to 60min if you are lucky. To get a taxi from Naples to the hotel, you get charge double price because it is different regions to Naples. For that's location is better to rent a car or scooter to be able to visit around and don't worry about how to get back to the hotel . Overall we had great holiday and nice people's...

"Owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was a wise choice. Our room had a fabulous large balcony with a view of the ocean. Warm pool and hottub were very welcome and hotel was steps away from the bus stop. Great end to our busy visit to Italy."
