"The hotel is average at best Room didn’t have water or trash can. It was very basic Water in the bath wasn’t hot Breakfast was ok but it starts at 8 am! I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! "This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)"

"The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental breakfast. Evening meal was badly prepared and the choices were limited to two types of pasta , fish and occasionally chicken. Salad selection was scarce and no chilled section. Desert was none...
