Nice staff and service. Note that time tables for buses nearby are most likely wrong, and they might take quite a lot to come (probably better if you rent a car)

Nice and cosy hotel outside Napoli and to our surprise we found out that its own restaurant is very famous and a favourite among locals. This business offers free parking in the underground garage for those who booked the hotel. Lovely Italian cuisine with a rich choice from pasta and meat to fish and seafood. We had lunch elsewhere everyday during our trips outside Napoli but for dinner we came back to Donato for their lovely food and of course “Il vino” :) Friendly and professional staff both at reception and restaurant. many thanks to Roberto, Pepe and Co. 5 stars for the whole experience and I would rate higher than that if I could.

Wasn’t even parked yet and an employee started to yell that I had 5 min to check in and then park the car. Check in guy was abrupt and took time to take in the info from passport so the guy from parking yelled even more at me for being there more than 5 min. Area very sketchy. It was cheap but not en enjoyable stay. Dining room was surprisingly very nice. They had live lobsters etc.

We brought a car so don’t know how accessible it is if using a public transport. Going to the hotel, the area seems shady, we were starting to be concerned if we made mistake in choosing the hotel. But then we arrived to a nice hotel with secured parking at the basement. The room was clean and we had a balcony. Breakfast is Italian continental style. 1 kind of cold cuts and cheese, sliced fruits and different kinds of pastries, I only like the croissants and the coffee. The restaurant looked nice so I made sure to have dinner there. Food was good, big portions and good price. Bottle of wine was cheap. 9 euro. Other restaurants normally charge 15-20 euro for a bottle of wine. The staff are friendly, especially Sacha at the reception.

Excellent service, great courtesy from everyone, convenient for the airport, for the city, for everything. I would suggest a wider choice of alternatives to cow's milk for those with allergies or intolerance to dairy.

Overall a good budget hotel if you are looking for something on that area. The average rating was due to the lack of communication regarding the restaurant closure during our stay, together with the reservation we had a dinner reservation and it was clear that this was the reason why we chosen the restaurant, we were on,h informed that it was closed at check in.

I ordered two twin beds for a reason. But the host gave us the room with two twin beds made up one large bed. I snored during the night, my wife could not sleep while snore to her ears. I had to sleep on sofa in living room the first night. The cleaning lady came next day and separated the bed.

Great hotel !!!
Nothing but good things to say. Clean, nice modern bathroom, firm bed, convenient parking, great breakfast spread. Very attentive and helpful folks. We picked the hotel because it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport, no fuss, no traffic. The restaurant is top notch and beautiful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Diamond in a rough area.
It’s a beautiful place. The road doesn’t look great, but then you come to the hotel and Restuarant. Wow it is amazing. Beautiful place with beautiful ground surrounding it.
