"It is a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and linens. Smart decor. My complaint would be not having the room serviced. There is no placard to place on the door to ask to not be disturbed or to be cleaned. I went out early for the day and came back tired to rest at 4 that is when the maid came to clean and disturb me. Another note is no one at the main front door. It is a heavy door and when you have luggage and no one there it is not so welcoming."

"Elevators were not working most of the week (mostly one out of three).we did not get informed regarding construction until we checked in. Inside our room a flashing light flashed brightly 24/7. Tons of room defects, sliding bathroom door was of it’s hinges, amenities not filled (soap etc). The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel theme was great."

"My daughter and I were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. For almost a full year, we researched and kept an eye on hotels for our stay. We were SO PLEASED with our choice of The Memoir. "We loved the location of this property and the bright comfortable space to relax. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen. The bedroom is also blackout dark for a restful sleep. The washer/dryer worked well and when we needed new door batteries and a lightbulb the service was prompt and convenient. I don't give this a full 5 stars because several of the Roami links for check in did not work. When I did receive the instructions they were clear and accurate."

He met us at our car outside of the hotel to make sure we parked in the right spot; carries in our luggage; brought us up a welcome drink to our room while we were getting settled before we went to Taylor Swift concert.
