"Joe has been extremely responsive. Property was exactly as described. Location was great to local eateries, especially District Donuts. The beds were fantastic! I dont always sleep well when away from home, but that wasnt a problem. Would definately recommend for a family that wants to experience new orleans!"

"We loved this unique house! We found it clean and in good repair, and it had all the things we needed. It's on the edge of the gentrified Garden District; the immediate streetscape is a little tired, but we never felt unsafe and it's an easy walk to a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also walkable to the French Quarter, WW2 Museum, Mardi Gras World, and the beautiful homes in the Garden District.Parking is tight if you have a big car, but parking on the street right in front of...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is quiet, yet there are great bars and restaurants in a short walking distance. The ferry is also nearby so you can easily take a quick ride to the French Quarter.The house has character and has been beautifully updated. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings the most. Great communication from the host. "

"Was great. Very convenient"

"My wife, son and I stayed here for a visit to see my daughter attending Tulane. The place worked out great for us, & I'd come back. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it was quaint, clean & conveniently located near everything (Tulane, Magazine St., downtown) we wanted to do. There's a supermarket one block away, which was very convenient. David was super responsive and great to work with."

"First off the property was just as pictured, beautiful. The location was great for us, easy access to the Streetcar which took us down to the French Quarter several times. The weather was so beautiful we actually ended up walking down there a couple of times, about 1.5 miles. The French Coffee Truck just a few doors down was a nice treat every morning. Several restaurant options just a few feet away, so staying in definitely would not be a problem! If we make it back to NOLA, I hope to stay here...

"The space is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the host is very responsive. Walkable to Magazine Street and Mister Mao’s, which was our favorite meal of our entire time in NOLA. It’s about a 20-minute drive to the French Quarter, about 30 on Uber, so just factor that in to your planning. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!"
