"Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay."

"This is a beautifully restored shotgun house. In the front room, you can hear the sounds of New Orleans, but the bedrooms near the back are so quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to WWII Museum, Magazine Street shopping, and Garden District mansions. We love to walk, so we walked to the French Quarter/River as well. It was perfect for us!"

"Great stay at JazzNest! We stayed with our 2 small dogs and the owners were amazing. They are animal lovers and have three dogs and two cats of their own. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very dog friendly. There is a coffee shop around the corner and multiple restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. There is also a park/dog park one block over. Due to the short-term rental rules in New Orleans the owners must be on site so you are technically renting one side of their home....
