"This is one of 2 upstairs units. The bedrooms share a wall with the other unit. The walls are so thin that the vibration phone of the neighbors woke me up. Thankfully they were very quiet. No issues.The location cannot be beat.It was 0.3mi to the WWII museum and another mi to Bourbon St. There was a bar a few doors down from us and another restaurant next to that.Parking is on the street and can be a little challenging during the work day or when the restaurant is crowded but we always found...

"The property was clean and felt safe. We loved the communal courtyard and the location putting us walking distance to the quarter as well as uptown. This was a perfect spot to house people coming in from out of town for Mardi Gras."

"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."
