Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. "Food was ok but breakfast was terrible. Severely overcooked eggs even st the omelette station. Not much variation to the food and it could have been better. Drinks are very expensive for Vietnam and almost Australian Prices. La Regina doesn’t have a pool and you have to pay 1M to use the jacuzzi for an hour Which is severely overpriced BUT The staff were amazing, Nick and Patrick made the stay well worth it. They get an exceptional rating for service but the boat and the good lack lustre"

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."

They had several tours staying at the hotel, and the tour members were running amok. The noise they were making was unbearable. When we first entered the lobby there was a member of the group with a bullhorn singing and carrying on.
