"The Hotel was to say the least exceptional. It was approximately 15 minutes from the train and an breath taking walk for views as they were phenomenal. It was later in the day on arrival. We had some clothes to be cleaned. We had checked in, they recommended the restaurant below on site. The room was awesome with 2 balconies, the room was not short of anything we needed for our stay, free mini bar (Hi Lite LOL). "This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts. "
