"Don’t recall booking an accessible room. Because of the adapted accessibility the shower wasn’t great. Wouldn’t have been perfect if not mobile but would have preferred a better shower that would have been in a room that wasn’t adapted for accessibility."

"We appreciated being able to have the dog with us just for a few hours until we could drop her off elsewhere for the evening and night. We liked the fact that there was a lift to the room. The hotel and room were well heated, which was lovely. It was good to have a bath tub. The room was recently redecorated (apart from very visible large scuff marks on the bath tub) and smelt of new carpets. The window opened, which was good to air the room.
