"We enjoyed a very lovely stay for the carabao cup celebrations, staff and hotel were all perfect, as was the use of the robot room service which was the cherry on top for my 6 year old son. I would have given a 5 star review but have been left with a sour taste in my mouth on departure, as we were informed the hotel no longer offers discounts on parking despite both the carpark signage and the Maldron hotels website both stating it does, just feel very misled."

"Hotel was fine but I d say more suited to friends coming to Newcastle on a night out. This was our experience staying on a Saturday night. It was noisy for most of the night groups of friends coming back from pubs and clubs, singing, shouting and carrying on their night back in their rooms.
