"The hotel was in an excellent position, very close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants close by. The bus stop for the hop on hop off bus was just 50 m away which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The only drawbacks were not having a comfortable lounge for two people to sit on and the shower took a long time for the hot water to come through (and sometimes it didn’t come through). Would stay here again. "

"The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood. "

"I am a female solo traveler and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean, very walkable to all the sites and various restaurants and the staff extremely kind, professional and helpful. I had to find a way to get from Santiago to Concón and was trying to secure an uber but the staff suggested I take a local bus that would save me a lot of money and time (bc it was difficult to find an uber that would actually take me 2 hrs to the coast). Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. . "

The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "
