"Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."

"This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store."

" Don't be put off by the lobby as the actual rooms are very nice. However, I really think the staff should work better to cater more towards tourists. The front desk man didn't speak English, and he kept asking me for my "nombre" (name), even though I was pointing at it on my reservation. There was also a bit of confusion about where to get the key and he started to get annoyed with us. We had to go to the "office" on the third floor to get our key, but this office was just some lady's...

"The staff was really nice and helpful. I arrived really late and just stayed the night before heading back to the airport the next morning. Didn't really get to enjoy the facilities. The room itself was spacious and clean. The location was ok. There are 2 different metro lines fairly close by. Overall would definitely recommend this apartment for a longer stay."
