"Signing in was uneventful the gentleman hardly spoke to us. Our room was lovely clean and bright. We slept well in a comfortable bed. We used the pool but was surprised at the steps to get out were not fitted properly and left you unsure if they would hold you. Overall a good experience "

"Just a stopover in Woking city centre, so checked in quite late. The front desk team were vey polite and checked me in efficiently and offered a chocolate cookie. It was quite cold, but I eventually found the temperature control for the room. The room was spacious and clean, but the only thing I couldn't find was the switch for the hallway light, so I slept with that light on. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of choice. "I’ve just stayed a couple of days and it’s been really nice. Ayesha on reception was brilliant on arrival and the young lad from Uruguay behind the bar equally professional and polite. I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. Would definitely recommend - thanks for having me! "
