"Good sized room, comfy bed, river view, close to local.shops, shower curtain dirty, kettle lid pops open when boiling-safety hazard! No communications with staff other than check in which was fast but not the most welcoming, 'how was your journey' 'come far?' Customer service make your customers feel welcomed. But otherwise nice hotel would stay again"

"Bed was large and comfortable, room did not have AC and was very hot, managed to turn off radiator and open window so all good. Bathroom needs updating, breakfast was good and fresh, well situated in the town centre with adequate parking."
