"I enjoy staying at the Leonardo, however they don’t care for people that do not drink decaf tea. I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good."

There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles. "We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!"

"Excellent hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely and relaxed this hotel was. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A big shout to the gym staff who were always super helpful and to the young man who cleared the breakfast tables with a smile and always willing to help. We were there for a harry potter weekend as was most families and it was a wonderful place to stay- great location and wonderful swimming pool and gymn to decompress after!"
